§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. This Privacy Policy applies to persons using the Website located at the URL: https://www.solarento.com and is effective as of March 1, 2025.
  2. The Website Administrator and Personal Data Administrator is Solarento Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at ul. Puławska 2, 02-566 Warsaw, KRS number: 0001135785, REGON: 540044315, NIP: 5214091876 (hereinafter referred to as "We" or "Administrator").

§2 PERSONAL DATA

In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/ EC (General Data Protection Regulation – hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), we hereby inform you that:

  1. We process data for the following purposes:
    • performance of a contract or taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR),
    • handling inquiries (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR),
    • handling complaints and claims (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR),
    • storage of documentation and fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR),
    • sending newsletters (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR),
    • monitoring and improving the quality of services provided – requesting you to complete a survey or answer a few questions about the quality of services provided (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR),
    • displaying personalized commercial information on social networks (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR)
  2. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to use the services. Consent is voluntary and expressed by clicking the checkbox containing the terms and conditions of consent.
  3. If a person has consented to the processing of data (legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), the data is processed until the consent is withdrawn, but after that period, information about who gave what consent and when may be archived (for the purposes of establishing, pursuing, or defending legal claims). In other cases, the data is processed for a period justified by the purpose (e.g., performance of a contract, answering questions, tax regulations, etc.). The processing period depends on the possibility of establishing, pursuing, or defending claims, or when data retention is required due to tax regulations.

  5. Every data subject has the right to access their personal data, correct it, delete it, or restrict its processing, the right to object, the right to transfer data, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
  6. Transaction data, including personal data, is provided directly by the user to the payment service provider.
  7. Visitors to the Website may fill out a form and subscribe to the newsletter, providing their email address and/or telephone number, which will be used for automatic contact.
  8. Visitors to the Website may consent to us conducting advertising campaigns on social networks targeted on the basis of their email address.

§3 DATA RECIPIENTS

We use the services of software development and ICT system maintenance companies with which we have concluded appropriate agreements. These agreements cover data processing and confidentiality rules. This data is not shared, and none of these companies has the right to process the data in any way other than that specified in the agreement. Your data, if the company has access to it, may only be processed for the purposes of providing services properly.

  1. The Website—articles, posts, entries, or comments by Users—may contain links to external websites with which the Website Owner does not cooperate. These links and the pages or files indicated therein may be dangerous for your Device or pose a threat to the security of your data. The Administrator is not responsible for content outside the Website.

  1. The Administrator reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time without notifying Users regarding the use and utilization of anonymous data or the use of cookies.

The Administrator reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time with regard to the processing of Personal Data, and will inform Users who have user accounts or are subscribed to the newsletter service by email within 7 days of the change. Continued use of the services means that you have read and accepted the changes to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the changes, you are required to delete your account from the Website or unsubscribe from the newsletter service.
  3. Any changes made to the Privacy Policy will be published on this subpage of the Website.
  4. The changes come into effect as soon as they are published.
