Staying at Solarento apartments

Terms and conditions of stay

Stays in Premises managed by Solarento Sp. z o.o. last for the dates of the booked stay. Check-in is possible from 3:00 p.m. (or 4:00 p.m., depending on the Premises) until midnight on the first day of the booked stay. The guest collects the Premises and keys from the Service Provider, checking their technical condition and cleanliness.
The guest is required to fill out a registration form and complete the registration process before arriving at the Premises using the provided application. Access codes to the rented Premises will be provided after the registration form has been completed and signed, and after 100% of the reservation value has been paid. The Service Provider reserves the right to charge a refundable deposit. In individual cases, it is possible to check in to the Premises at a later time, subject to prior agreement with the Service Provider.
Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. on the last day of your stay. By this time, guests are required to return keys, access cards, and/or garage remote controls to the place from which they were collected, and in the case of guests using keyless access, to leave the premises and lock the door.
Guests wishing to extend their stay beyond the period specified in the reservation should notify Solarento in advance. Requests will be considered subject to availability. An additional fee may apply for extended stays.
Guests are required to observe quiet hours, health and safety rules, and fire safety regulations. Between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. (quiet hours), any behavior that disturbs the residents of the building is prohibited.
The guest is obliged to use the Premises in accordance with their intended purpose, not to remove any items of equipment from them, and not to make copies of the keys to the Premises.
Each time they leave the Premises, Guests should turn off all electrical appliances, switch off the lights, and check that the windows and doors are closed.
The guest should notify the Service Provider of any damage immediately after it has been discovered.
The guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of the Premises' equipment and technical devices caused by him or his visitors during his stay at the Premises. The guest will be charged for any repairs or replacement of equipment and technical devices and will be required to settle these costs within 2 business days.
The guest undertakes to ensure that the number of people staying with him/her in the Premises does not exceed the maximum number specified on the website or in the booking confirmation. Violation of this prohibition will result in a contractual penalty of PLN 2,000.
The guest undertakes not to keep animals in the Premises, unless animals are accepted in the Premises and the guest has paid the fee for the animal's stay. Violation of this prohibition will result in a contractual penalty of PLN 500.
Smoking tobacco products and electronic cigarettes in the Premises is strictly prohibited. Guests who fail to comply with this prohibition will be charged PLN 2,000 to cover the costs of washing curtains, carpets, and bedspreads in the Premises.
Parties and disturbances of the peace between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. are strictly prohibited in the apartment. Violation of this rule will result in a contractual penalty of PLN 2,000.
In the event of a particularly serious breach of the rules set out in the Booking Terms and Conditions, Solarento has the right to terminate the short-term rental agreement with immediate effect and remove the Guests and their accompanying persons from the Premises.
