Terms and conditions of the "Worry-free stay" offer

§ 1. General provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for purchasing the "Worry-Free Stay" service, which covers the exclusion of liability for damage caused to Solarento Premises during the Guests' stay.
  2. "Worry-free stay" is offered as an additional option for guests booking accommodation in properties managed by Solarento Sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw.
  3. The purchase of the "Worry-free stay" service is voluntary and can be made at the time of booking or at any other time, no later than on the day of arrival.

§ 2. Price and method of purchase

  1. The cost of purchasing the "Worry-free stay" service is PLN 15 (in words: fifteen zlotys 00/100) gross per Guest in the Premises for the entire period of stay. 
  2. The condition for the "Worry-free stay" offer to come into effect is that payment for the offer must be made no later than on the day of arrival.
  3. Purchases of the "Worry-free stay" service can be made as follows:
    • via the website www.solarento.com,
    • in the Solarento app – the so-called registration card sent before the start of your stay,

§ 3. Scope of protection

  1. The "Worry-free stay" service covers liability for property damage caused by guests in the apartment during their stay, up to a total amount of PLN 500 gross (five hundred zlotys 00/100).
  2. The exclusion of liability in the "Carefree Stay" service covers only damage:
    • arising unintentionally,
    • resulting from normal use of the apartment,
    • incurred during the stay of the person who purchased the above-mentioned service.

§ 4. Exclusions of liability

  1. The "Worry-Free Stay" service does not cover damage caused by:
    • organizing events at the facility,
    • consumption of alcohol or intoxicating substances,
    • deliberate destruction of equipment or elements of the apartment,
    • acts of vandalism, graffiti, throwing objects, etc.
  2. Resulting from gross negligence, in particular:
    • leaving a window or balcony door open during rain or storm,
    • leaving electrical or gas appliances switched on and unattended,
    • using household appliances contrary to their intended purpose or operating instructions (e.g., dishwashers, washing machines, coffee machines),
    • causing flooding of the premises as a result of not turning off the water, etc.
  3. Occurring outside the premises, e.g.:
    • in the common areas of the building (stairwells, elevators, garages),
    • in parking lots or outdoor areas belonging to the housing community. 
  4. Resulting from theft or loss of equipment, in particular:
    • as a result of removing items of equipment from the apartment,
    • lost keys, gate remote controls, access cards (fees for lost items are charged separately),
    • loss of household appliances/audio-visual equipment as a result of theft without signs of forced entry, e.g., as a result of leaving an apartment unlocked,
  5. Caused by pets, if the presence of pets was not previously reported to and accepted by Solarento. 
  6. Related to smoking tobacco or e-cigarettes in the apartment, in particular: – stains, burns on furniture, carpets, bedding, curtains, – damage to fire protection or smoke detection systems.
  7. Related to technical installations, in particular:
    • damage to water, sewage, electrical, or heating systems, if caused by unauthorized interference, 
    • unauthorized removal of equipment (e.g., radiators, light fixtures).
  8. Caused by third parties who stayed in the apartment at the guest's invitation, if they were not registered as persons authorized to stay there.
  9. Undocumented or not reported on time, i.e., reported after the end of the stay or without the possibility of verification by the facility staff
  10. Caused to third parties (e.g., neighbors),
  11. Exceeding PLN 500 – in this case, the Guest is liable for damages exceeding PLN 500.
  12. Reported after the end of the stay, without the possibility of verification by the facility staff.

§ 5. Rules for reporting damage

  1. The damage must be reported immediately, no later than on the day it occurred, by:
    • the Solarento application – "Registration card" sent before the start of the stay,
    • contact form on the website www.solarento.com,
  2. The application should include:
    • name and surname of the reporting person, 
    • reservation number or apartment designation, 
    • the date and time of the event,
    • detailed description of the damage, 
    • if possible, photos of the damaged property.
  3. Upon receiving a report or discovering damage as a result of a cleaning team's visit after the guests' stay, Solarento staff will inspect the damage and draw up a damage report, which may be made available to the guest for review or signature if the inspection takes place during the guests' stay.
  4. Verification includes: 
    • assessment of the type, scale, and cause of damage, 
    • determining whether the damage falls within the scope of the "Worry-free stay" service specified in § 3 and is not covered by the exclusions specified in § 4, 
    • determining the estimated costs of repairing or replacing damaged property.
  5. Recognition of damage and coverage by the "Worry-free stay" service is determined by Solarento, which makes a decision within 14 days of receiving a complete report. In justified cases, this period may be extended, in which case the Guest will be notified.
  6. In the event of refusal to recognize the damage, Solarento will present the justification for its decision, indicating the factual and legal basis, including any exclusions provided for in § 4.
  7. In the event of damage exceeding PLN 500, "Carefree Stay" covers the damage up to this amount, while the difference is subject to an additional payment by the Guest in accordance with a separate invoice delivered to them.
  8. If the damage is not reported on time or cannot be verified by Solarento staff, the "Worry-free stay" policy does not apply, and the Guest is liable for the damage under general terms and conditions.

§ 6. Final provisions

  1. By purchasing the "Worry-free stay" service, the Guest accepts the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Solarento reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions, provided that such amendments do not affect the "Worry-free stay" service that has already been purchased.
  3. In matters not covered herein, the relevant provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
  4. The regulations come into force on June 26, 2025.
