Terms and conditions of service provision
- Solarento – SOLARENTO Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (address: ul. Puławska 2, 02-743 Warsaw), entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division, under KRS number: 0001135785, share capital: PLN 50,000.00, NIP (Tax Identification Number): 5214091876, REGON (National Business Registry Number): 54004431500000, which is a party to the lease agreement for the Apartment for recreational or tourist stays with the Customer,
- Customer – a natural or legal person who is a party to a contract for the temporary use of residential premises (a contract for the rental of an apartment for leisure or tourist purposes) managed by Solarento.
- Apartment – an apartment, room, or cottage with residential functions described in the Solarento offer presented, among others, on the website www.solarento.com, which the Customer rents for recreational, tourist, or short-term purposes.
§ 1 General provisions
- These general terms and conditions of use of the premises, hereinafter referred to as the Terms and Conditions, form an integral part of the lease agreement for an apartment for leisure, tourist, or short-term stays concluded between the Customer and Solarento.
- Under the lease agreement, Solarento undertakes to prepare and make the Apartment available on the agreed date in exchange for the agreed remuneration.
- Apartment reservations can be made for a minimum period of 1 (one) day, unless the Apartment offer on the website states otherwise.
§ 2 Booking a stay in the Apartment
- Before making a reservation and concluding a rental agreement, the Customer undertakes to read these Terms and Conditions. Making a reservation for an Apartment is tantamount to accepting the Terms and Conditions (including the terms and conditions of use of the Apartments and the common areas of the building and adjacent areas). A condition of making a reservation may also be the acceptance of additional rules regarding a specific Apartment, presented to the Customer at the time of making the reservation on the Website or on another internet portal.
- Reservations can be made using the ICT system: via the website www.solarento.com or by phone at the number provided on the website www.solarento.com.
- The customer making the reservation declares that they are of legal age.
- The current database of apartments with detailed descriptions can be found at www.solarento.com.
- The photos presented in the offer are for illustrative purposes only. The apartments managed by Solarento may show signs of wear and tear resulting from natural use and do not affect their utility value.
- Booking a stay via the website www.solarento.com requires computer equipment or other electronic equipment with similar capabilities that meets the following technical requirements:
- has access to the Internet,
- has a web browser installed (it is recommended to have the latest version of the browser, e.g., Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.),
- has an active and correctly configured email account.
- During the booking process on the website www.solarento.com, the Customer selects an Apartment from the pool of apartments available in a given period and then makes a reservation by filling out the virtual booking form available on the Website. The Customer makes a reservation by indicating the specific start and end dates of their stay by selecting the above-mentioned dates in the calendar provided by Solarento. The stay is counted in days.
- During the booking process, the Customer is required to provide the information necessary to book the Apartment (in particular, their first and last name, address, contact telephone number, and email address), while also declaring that this information is true and accurate.
- After booking an apartment online or by phone, the customer will receive a form with a link to the application containing information about the booking to the email address provided.
- Each of the Apartments offered is intended for occupancy by a maximum number of persons specified in the Apartment offer and/or the virtual booking form available in the "Smart hotel" application.
- The number of people staying in the Apartment is specified by the Guest during the booking process. This number cannot exceed the maximum number of people allowed for a given Apartment. A stay in the Apartment by more people than indicated during the booking, and less than the maximum number allowed for a given Apartment, must be agreed directly with Solarento before the start of the stay and may result in an increase in the price of the stay or a refusal to book it.
- Apartment reservations can be made for a minimum of 1 night, which is also the minimum duration of the rental agreement. Solarento reserves the right to set other, longer than minimum, periods of stay depending on the date of stay and location of the Apartment.
- After making a reservation and before checking in, the Customer is required to complete and sign an electronic registration card in the application provided. A link to the application containing the electronic registration form is sent to the Customer via email and/or text message and/or message using the WhatsApp mobile application. Failure to complete the registration form will result in refusal to check in to the Apartment.
- When filling out the registration form in the application, the customer is required to pay a spa/local tax. Failure to pay the above-mentioned fee will result in refusal to check in to the Apartment.
- Upon entering the Apartment, the Customer is required to confirm successful check-in in the provided application.
- Successful completion of a reservation by the Customer by telephone or via the solarento.com website also constitutes the conclusion of a contract under the terms and conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions.
§ 3 Terms of payment
- The price for renting the Apartment, including additional costs, is always specified in the booking confirmation form received after making the reservation or by phone when making the reservation.
- In the case of reservations for stays in the Apartment longer than 14 days from the date of booking, confirmation of the reservation is conditional upon payment of a reservation fee of 50% of the order value within the time limit specified in the reservation form sent to the specified e-mail address or telephone number. The customer is required to pay the remaining amount of the reservation no later than 5 days before the planned date of arrival. Failure to pay the reservation fee within the time limit specified in the form or payment less than 14 days before the planned date of arrival will result in the cancellation of the reservation. In case of doubt, the date of payment of the advance payment and the remaining amount due for the stay shall be the date on which the funds are credited to Solarento's bank account. In the event of cancellation of the stay referred to in this paragraph, Solarento shall refund the entire advance payment to the bank account from which the advance payment was made or to the bank account indicated by the Customer. Failure to pay the reservation fee within the time limit specified in the form will result in the cancellation of the reservation.
- In the case of reservations where the start date of the stay is less than 5 days from the date of booking, the condition for confirming the reservation is payment for the stay within the time limit specified in the form referred to in paragraph 5, in the amount of 100% of its value. In case of doubt, the date of payment of the advance payment and the remaining amount due for the stay shall be the date on which the funds are credited to Solarento's bank account.
- In the event of cancellation less than 14 days prior to the planned start date of the stay, the customer is not entitled to a refund for the stay.
- The price for renting the apartment includes:
- a fee for preparing the Apartment,
- the fee for staying in the Apartment for the number of people specified in the contract.
- The booking price does not include insurance.
- When booking an apartment, customers can use discount codes offered by Solarento and its partners, as well as accommodation vouchers. Vouchers are a means of payment and there are no restrictions on their use.
- The price of renting the Apartment does not include:
- additional cleaning during your stay,
- additional linen and towel changes,
- baby cot rental,
- the animal's stay,
- parking costs – if parking is not included in the apartment offer,
- meal options
- and any other additional services.
- Payments can be made:
- by bank transfer to the Solarento bank account specified in the booking confirmation
- payment via BLIK or payment card or electronic transfer via Przelewy24 registered under PayPro Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Poznań at ul. Pastelowa 8, 60-198 Poznań.
- When the Customer makes the payment, the system will issue a pro forma invoice to the details provided in the booking form during the booking process. On the day of check-out, a sales invoice will be issued to the Tourist.
§ 4 Changes and cancellations of reservations by the Customer
- The customer may make changes to their reservation up to 14 days prior to their planned arrival. To do so, the customer should contact the Reservation and Customer Service Department at the number provided on the website www.solarento.com.
- Changing the date of your reservation may result in a change to the original rental price.
- If it is not possible to change the date of stay, and the Customer has canceled the reservation less than 14 days before the planned start date of the service, or has not arrived at the Apartment on the date of the reservation, the Customer is not entitled to a refund of the price paid for the stay.
- If the reservation was paid for with a voucher, the customer is not entitled to cancel the reservation free of charge. Cancellation of the stay results in the loss of funds from the voucher.
§ 5 Changes and cancellations of reservations by Solarento
- Solarento may change a reservation only in the event of force majeure preventing Solarento from providing the service. Force majeure is understood to mean: natural disasters, seizure of the apartment by any state authority for any purpose, strikes, wars and riots, and deprivation of electricity, gas, heating or water by the apartment supplier. In such cases, Solarento is obliged to offer the Customer another date and/or apartment. Solarento may also withdraw from the contract, refunding the Customer the reservation fee paid.
- In exceptional circumstances (breakdown in the Apartment or other unforeseen event), Solarento reserves the right to provide replacement accommodation with parameters and floor space similar to those of the reserved Apartment. If the Customer does not agree to the replacement Apartment, the contract shall be terminated and Solarento shall be obliged to refund the reservation fee paid by the Customer.
- Solarento reserves the right to cancel a reservation within 24 hours of its completion without giving a reason. In the event of cancellation, the customer will receive a refund of all funds paid.
§ 6 Terms and conditions of the Customer's stay in the Apartment
- The terms and conditions of the Customer's stay are specified in the Rules and Regulations for Staying in the Apartment.
§ 7 Contact details

- via instant messenger as part of the electronic registration card provided to the Customer
§ 8 Withdrawal from the contract
- In the case of purchasing Accommodation Services via means of distance communication (website, telephone) or outside the company's premises. A customer who is a consumer within the meaning of the Civil Code may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, subject to the provisions of Article 29 of the Consumer Rights Act. To do so, the Subscriber should submit a statement of withdrawal from the contract.
- A template for the declaration of withdrawal from the contract is provided in Appendix 1.
- If the provision of the Service is to commence before the expiry of the deadline for withdrawal from the distance contract, the Customer who is a consumer is obliged to submit to Solarento an explicit statement containing such a request when purchasing the Service. If the Customer exercises the right to withdraw from the Agreement after submitting the above request, they are obliged to pay for the services provided until the moment of withdrawal from the Agreement. The amount of payment for the stay is calculated in proportion to the scope of the service provided, taking into account the price agreed in the Agreement. If the provision of services begins before the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, the Customer is obliged to pay Solarento an amount proportional to the scope of services provided up to the moment when the Customer informed Solarento of their withdrawal from this contract.
- In the event of the Customer withdrawing from the Agreement, Solarento shall refund the price paid by the Customer within no more than 7 business days to the bank account specified by the Customer.
- Solarento, to the extent permitted by applicable law, shall not be liable for failure to refund or delay in refunding if the Customer, despite being requested to do so, fails to provide the bank account number to which the refund is to be made or fails to provide all the information necessary to make the refund. Furthermore, Solarento shall not be liable for failure to refund or delay in refunding if this was due to Solarento providing incorrect personal data (first name, last name, address) or an incorrect bank account number.
- Withdrawal from the contract should be made by telephone or email as indicated in § 7.
§ 9 Complaints
- The customer has the right to file a complaint regarding the conditions of their stay, service standards, and other factors.
- In order for a complaint to be considered, it must be submitted in writing to the company's registered office address available on the website www.solarento.com or electronically to reklamacje@solarento.com.
- The complaint should include the following information: reservation number, description of the situation subject to complaint.
- Complaints will be processed within a maximum of 14 days of receipt. Information about the outcome of the complaint will be sent to the Customer at the email address, mailing address, or by phone number provided by the Customer.
- If the complaint is not accepted, the Customer retains the right to pursue their claims under the general provisions of the Civil Code.
§ 10 Limitation of liability
- Solarento shall not be liable for any difficulties in accessing the booking system on the website www.solarento.com for reasons beyond Solarento's control. Solarento may suspend access to the website www.solarento.com for the period necessary to remove technical and organizational obstacles.
- Solarento shall not be liable for any property left by the Customer in the Apartment, in particular for its loss or damage.
- Solarento shall not be liable for any inconvenience that may occur during the Customer's stay in the Apartment for reasons beyond Solarento's control, including in particular those caused by power, gas, or water outages, as well as maintenance work in the building where the Apartment is located, both inside and outside the building.
- The Customer undertakes to provide the data necessary to complete the reservation, which must be true and enable identification of the Customer (incorrect or false data may result in the inability to provide the Customer with the information necessary to complete the Customer's stay in the apartment). Solarento is not responsible for the inability to contact the Customer prior to arrival if the information provided by the Customer proves to be false or incorrect.
§ 11 Personal data
- Solarento is the administrator of personal data processed in connection with Users' use of the Website and its functionality.
