Terms and Conditions

1. General provisions

These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using vouchers (hereinafter referred to as "Vouchers") issued by Solarento Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Puławska 2, 02-566 Warsaw, KRS 0001135785, NIP 5214091876, REGON 54004431500000 (hereinafter: "Solarento" or "Partner").

Vouchers entitle you to use the services and products available on the website www.solarento.com.

The purchaser of the Voucher is the end user (hereinafter: "User") who obtained the Voucher through Solarento distribution channels and Solarento Partners' sales platforms.

Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is a condition for the redemption of the Voucher.

2. Nature of the Voucher

The voucher is an identification document entitling its holder to purchase services and products from Solarento's offer on a cashless basis up to the nominal value indicated on the voucher.

The voucher is only an electronic alphanumeric code and is not a payment instrument or payment card.

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded in cash.

The nominal value of the Voucher corresponds to its purchase value upon redemption.

3. Period of validity

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

After the expiration date, the Voucher becomes invalid and cannot be redeemed; Solarento is not obligated to extend its validity or refund the unused value.

The validity period of the Voucher is indicated at the time of purchase or in an email sent to the User.

4. Rules of implementation

The user may redeem the Voucher exclusively on the website www.solarento.com, in accordance with the current offer available at the time of redemption.

To redeem, enter the voucher code in the appropriate field on the booking or purchase form.

Any number of vouchers can be used during a single transaction.

If the value of the selected services or products exceeds the total nominal value of the Vouchers, the User shall pay the difference in a form of payment acceptable to Solarento.

If the value of the services is lower than the nominal value of the Voucher, the unused amount is not refundable or transferable to another purchase.

Solarento is not responsible for vouchers that have been lost or made available to third parties.

Vouchers can only be redeemed during their period of validity.

5. Limitations and exclusions

The voucher cannot be used to purchase other vouchers, gift cards, or promotional services excluded from voucher redemption.

The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, resold, or used for commercial purposes without Solarento's consent.

Solarento reserves the right to refuse to honor the Voucher in the following cases:

• expiration of its validity period,
• attempts to use the Voucher in violation of the Terms and Conditions,
• findings of its inauthenticity or misuse.

6. Complaints

Complaints regarding the redemption of Vouchers should be submitted in writing to the following e-mail address: rezerwacje@solarento.com.

Complaints are processed within 14 business days of receipt.

The User will be informed about the outcome of the complaint via the email address provided.

The validity period of the new Voucher cannot be shorter than 21 days from the date of its transfer.

Solarento shall not be liable for delays resulting from incorrect email addresses or actions on the part of external operators.

7. Personal data

The administrator of Users' personal data is Solarento Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at ul. Puławska 2, 02-566 Warsaw, KRS number: 0001135785, REGON: 540044315, NIP: 5214091876.

8. Final provisions

Placing an order or redeeming a Voucher constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Solarento reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions; amendments shall become effective on the date of their publication on the website www.solarento.com.

In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.

Any disputes arising in connection with the use of Vouchers shall be settled by the court competent for the registered office of Solarento.
