Terms and Conditions

1. General provisions

These terms and conditions (hereinafter: "Terms and Conditions") set out the rules for participation in the "Golden VIP Card" loyalty program (hereinafter referred to as: "Program") organized by Solarento Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (address: ul. Puławska 2, 02-743 Warsaw), entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division, under KRS number: 0001135785, share capital: PLN 50,000.00, NIP: 5214091876, REGON: 54004431500000 (hereinafter: "Solarento").

The program is aimed at customers who book apartments via the website www.solarento.com or other official Solarento booking channels. The purpose of the Program is to enable Guests to enjoy discounts and privileges when staying in apartments managed by Solarento.

2. Terms and conditions of participation

Any natural person who is at least 18 years of age and has purchased a Gold VIP Card (hereinafter: "Card") for PLN 199 gross may become a participant in the Program (hereinafter: "Participant"). The Card is personal and is assigned to the name and email address provided during the first reservation.

The Card can be purchased by selecting the "Gold VIP Card" option when making your first reservation on the website www.solarento.com or by contacting the Solarento hotline.

If you purchase the card via the website, the purchase price of PLN 199 gross is automatically added to the value of the reservation. Upon payment and confirmation of the reservation, the Card is activated and is valid for a period of 365 days from the date of purchase, regardless of the season, location of the apartment, or length of stay. Participation in the Program is voluntary. After the Card's expiration date, the discounts and privileges associated with the Program automatically expire.

3. Terms of use of the Card

By purchasing the Card, the Participant receives a permanent 20% discount on all subsequent bookings made during the Card's validity period.

In order for the discount to be calculated, it is essential that the stay begins and ends within the period specified in § 2(4) of the Terms and Conditions. The discount is calculated automatically after entering the dedicated Card code in the booking form on the website www.solarento.com.

The discount applies only to reservations made:

• via the official Solarento website (www.solarento.com),
• through Solarento's direct channels (e.g., telephone or email reservations) after providing the PROMOTIONAL CODE.

The discount cannot be combined with other promotional codes, discount vouchers, or special offers, unless Solarento expressly states otherwise.

4. Benefits for Cardholders The card entitles you to the following privileges:

• 20% discount on all non-refundable reservations for apartments managed by Solarento from the price listed on www.solarento.com,
• A permanent, predictable discount – a dedicated discount code, with no time restrictions, subject to § 2(4) of the Terms and Conditions.
• priority in reservations and access to offers (subject to apartment availability),
• access to exclusive accommodation packages available only to club members,
• best price guarantee – promotional offers available only on the website www.solarento.com,
• comfortable stays in premium apartments in popular resorts and large cities.

5. Rules and restrictions

The card is personal and cannot be transferred, resold, or lent to third parties.

The Organizer reserves the right to verify the Cardholder's details at the time of booking. The discount granted under the Program applies only to the price of accommodation and does not include additional services (e.g., cleaning, parking, meals, etc.), unless otherwise clearly stated in the offer.

In the event of cancellation of the first reservation for which the Card was purchased, the cost of PLN 199 is non-refundable.

The Organizer may temporarily suspend or terminate the Program by notifying Participants at least 30 days in advance via the website or email.

6. Complaints

Complaints regarding the functioning of the Program can be submitted by email to: rezerwacje@solarento.com

The complaint should include: your first and last name, the email address assigned to the Card, a description of the problem, and the date of the incident.

The Organizer shall consider the complaint within 14 days of receipt and send a response in the form indicated by the Participant, and if no preferred form of contact is indicated, in electronic form.

7. Protection of personal data

The administrator of Participants' personal data is Solarento Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (address: ul. Puławska 2, 02-743 Warsaw). Personal data is processed for the purpose of implementing the Golden Card loyalty program, based on the Participant's consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).

The participant has the right to access their personal data, rectify it, delete it, restrict its processing, transfer it, object to its processing, and withdraw their consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal.

Personal data will be stored for the duration of participation in the loyalty program and for the period necessary for financial and tax settlements. Participants have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if they believe that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the Golden Card loyalty program. 8. Final provisions

The Terms and Conditions shall come into force on the date of their publication on the Solarento website.

The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions, provided that such amendments do not affect the rights acquired by existing Cardholders.

In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
